(1) In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when you use our website. Personal data is all data which can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behaviour.

(3) If you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide us (your e-mail address, if applicable your name and telephone number) will be stored by us so that we can reply to your questions. We will delete the data collected in this connection when it no longer needs to be stored or restrict the processing if there are statutory retention obligations.
(4) If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our website or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you below in detail of the respective processes. We also state the criteria defined for storage periods.

§ 3 Collection of personal data when you visit our website
(1) If you use the website purely for information purposes, i.e. if you do not register or provide us with any other information to use the website, we do not collect the personal data which your browser sends to our server. § 4 Further functions and offerings on our website
(1) In addition to the use of our website purely for information purposes, we also offer a range of services which you can use if you are interested. For this purpose, you usually have to provide additional personal data which we use to provide the respective service and to which the aforementioned data processing principles apply.
(2) In some cases we use external service providers to process your data. These have been carefully selected, reviewed concerning the data protection standards they apply and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and are checked regularly.

§ 5 Objection to or withdrawal of consent for the processing of your data
