The network is growing: branch meeting of the international HPL industry

Frankfurt, 20 October 2017. This year, the ICDLI (International Committee of the Decorative Laminates Industry aisbl) took place in Budapest from 4-6 October. More than 60 leading representatives of the HPL industry and their suppliers visited the various lecture events to get up to date with the industry trends in the fields of design, technology, market and environment.

The Plenary Assembly took place this year in the Eastern European metropolis Budapest and offered the participants an optimal framework for an intensive exchange of branches.
Among the highlights of this year’s event were the completion of the current environmental product declaration EPD for the ICDLI and its members as well as the presentation of the market data for the European HPL market.
In addition, the association was able to welcome a new HPL manufacturer (Lemark) as a member of its ranks. “We are delighted that this year more new faces have been created and our network has been further expanded,” reports Ralf Olsen, ICDLI Managing Director.
“The participating industry representatives and their colleagues from the supplier industry are in agreement that HPL is the surface material of the future. All the more added value our participants get from the innovative lectures of our event and the lively exchange. ”
The supporting program once again convinced this year through a personal atmosphere and exclusive locations over an impressive metropolis.

The next ICDLI Plenary Assembly will take place in Dublin from 10 to 12 October 2018.
